My dad went to the doctor last week, and his kidney function has improved since his renal angioplasty. They won't know until they do more tests whether the kidney that wasn't working at all is working now. At least the one remaining kidney has improved, if nothing else!

I'm a born & raised rural Kentucky girl! I moved away from my hometown while I was in college, but I moved back as soon as I graduated. I even teach with some of my former teachers! My husband's name is Chad, and we've been married since October 2000. He's a city boy--raised in Harrodsburg, KY. We have no children, but I do have a spoiled rotten dog named Gene, six fancy goldfish, two bettas, six gouramis, eight corydoras, and one plecostomus.
