Gene got a visit from Santa this year. Santa brough him a squeeky toy. Gene opens all his own presents. He's pretty good at it, too.
Dad had to post in the photo because Gene wanted to watch Santa instead of the camera.

I'm a born & raised rural Kentucky girl! I moved away from my hometown while I was in college, but I moved back as soon as I graduated. I even teach with some of my former teachers! My husband's name is Chad, and we've been married since October 2000. He's a city boy--raised in Harrodsburg, KY. We have no children, but I do have a spoiled rotten dog named Gene, six fancy goldfish, two bettas, six gouramis, eight corydoras, and one plecostomus.
