Surgery Update

Today was Dad's surgery. We had to be up at 3:30, and we had to be at the hospital at 6:00. Everything went well, and we were home around 2:00. His arm is sore, but things seem to be OK. Mom and Dad decided to take a nap, so I dropped in at my doctor's office for my 6 month checkup. They weren't busy today, so they could take me right in. I got all of my meds refilled, and I go in tomorrow to get the results from all of my blood tests. I also have to go to the eye doctor again tomorrow. I'll also go by and check to see if my parents need anything.

Hopefully the kids acted OK today. They're usually pretty good as long as the sub does his/her part. I left them a TON of work, so they should keep busy. I started to stop by work today and check to see how they'd been, but Chad talked me out of it. He's right, they'll be fine . . . and if they weren't fine, they'll deal with me on Friday. ;-)
